  • Single language: Delivered within approximately 48 hours after placing your order
  • Multiple languages: Typically 72 to 96 hours

In rare cases, adjustments may be necessary depending on project volume or complexity. However, we plan our workflow so that delivery does not exceed four business days in principle.

Q2. Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we do.

Swick Global actively supports content that contributes positively to society. We offer a 10% discount for videos that fall into the following categories:

  • Content related to animal protection or animal charities
  • Videos with strong social impact, such as raising awareness or support for serious illnesses (e.g., ALS)

If your content qualifies, please contact us via our inquiry form before placing your order.

Q3. Can Swick Global refuse to provide its services?

Yes, in certain cases.

Our support team reserves the right to decline or cancel services if submitted content includes any of the following:

  • Illegal or unlawful material
  • Offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content, such as hate speech, harassment, adult content, or material that may cause social harm
  • Content that conflicts with Swick Global’s mission or business policies

If a project must be declined after payment has already been completed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
